Which HorseIQ Subscription is right for me?
HorseIQ currently has 2 public subscription options: Full Site Subscription and APHA Show Management Package. The Full Site Subscription, like the name entails, is a product that gives you access to all of HorseIQ's content, with one-time yearly, annual subscription, or monthly subscription payment options. This product is eligible for a volume discount when the one-time annual price is selected, which allows the purchaser to provide groups of users with access at a reduced rate and provides the purchasing user the ability to monitor the progress of the student accounts. This option is great for judging teams, equestrian teams, ag classes, college classes, 4-H groups, youth clubs, or any other group! The APHA Show Management Package gives you access to the APHA Show Management Certification course and bonus content just for show producers for a one time fee that does not automatically renew.

I'm interested purchasing horseIQ for a group but am not sure where to go?
Groups can purchase horseIQ at a reduced rate per seat by selecting the one-time (non-subscription) pricing option of the Full Site Subscription. That product is eligible for volume discounts for small groups (4-9 users), medium groups (10-19 users), and large groups (20-29 users). The volume discount will be applied automatically when you enter the number of seats you need. If you have more than 29 people that are in your group, please email us at [email protected] for a quote. After purchase, the confirmation screen and confirmation email will provide the purchaser with the activation link to send to their group. The purchaser will be able to monitor the used and unused seats, user activity, and be able to purchase more seats from a Seat Manager Dashboard.

I purchased horseIQ for my group using the volume discount and am now a seat manager, what does this mean?
The Seat Manager role is automatically assigned to an account that purchases a horseIQ product using the volume discount. Seat Managers can view the number of seats purchased, claimed, and still available, self-enroll in a seat and buy more seats as needed. They can generate, retrieve, and share sign-up links. These links must be used by learners to enroll in the product purchased for them. They can view details of students who have enrolled/claimed a seat. This includes the students': Name, Email address, Date created/enrolled, Date last signed in, User role type, Enrollment status, Unenroll students, Manually/bulk enroll students.

I purchased horseIQ for my group using the volume discount and am now a seat manager, how does my group get access to their accounts and content?
Your group can get access to their content a few different ways. Sign-Up Link: Confirmation screen and confirmation email provide the seat manager with a sign up link, which can be shared with the group so that the group members can sign themselves up. The Seat Manager will receive a confirmation email when the first student signs up using the link, but is only sent for the first claimed seat only. Manual Enrollment: From your Admin Dashboard, find the product you purchased, Click Manage, Click Enroll, Select Add user individually, Provide student information, Click Create and enroll. The user will be created and enrolled in the selected product, claiming one of the purchased seats. Manual Unenrollment: From your Admin Dashboard, find the product you purchased, Click Manage, Find the user using a search bar, Click on the three dots next to the student who needs to be unenrolled, Select Unenroll, Confirm the selection by clicking Unenroll. The student's enrollment status will be changed to Expired, and they will no longer have access to the product. Note that their seat cannot be reassigned, and unenrollment does not change the claimed seat amount. Bulk Enrollment: From your Admin Dashboard, find the product you purchased, Click Manage, Click Enroll, Select Bulk import with file, Download the template and add your student first names, last names, and emails, Click Upload file, Click to select your XLSX or CSV file to upload or drag and drop your file, Click Upload, Click Import, Once the import is complete, the users will be created and enrolled in the selected product, claiming the purchased seats.

I purchased horseIQ for my group using the volume discount and am now a seat manager, how do I change between Seat Manager and Student view?
When signing in, Seat Managers will automatically be directed to their Admin Dashboard. Products they are enrolled in can be accessed by clicking the My student dashboard button in the left-hand menu. To return to your Admin Dashboard, select the "View your Admin Dashboard" button at the bottom of the page, or the "Admin" option when clicking on your name in the site header, or by selecting the "View my Admin Dashboard" link from the Group Order email notifications.

How do I change the credit card associated with my HorseIQ account?
To change the credit card saved to your HorseIQ account, log into your account, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen, then "My Account", then "Billing". You'll then click the "Edit" button next to the card saved under "Your Credit Card". Enter the information for your new card and click "Update". You can also delete a card by clicking "Delete". If the site automatically cancelled your HorseIQ subscription due to an invalid or expired card you will need to sign back up to regain access.
