  • Which HorseIQ Subscription is right for me?

    HorseIQ currently has 3 public subscription options: Full Site Subscription, Judging Team Package, and APHA Show Management Package. The Full Site Subscription, like the name entails, is a subscription based product that gives you access to all of HorseIQ's content, automatically billing you either monthly or yearly. The Judging Team Package gives you access to all of HorseIQ's content, 25 additional student accounts, and the ability for the purchasing account to monitor the progress of the student accounts, all for a one time fee that does not automatically renew. This package is great for judging teams, equestrian teams, ag classes, college classes, 4-H groups, youth clubs, or any other group! The APHA Show Management Package gives you access to all of HorseIQ's content, the APHA Show Management Certification course, bonus content just for show producers for a one time fee that does not automatically renew.

  • I'm interested in the Team Package but have more than 25 people in my group, what are my options?

    If you are interested in the Team Package but have more than 25 people that are in your group, please email us at [email protected]. We can add seats to your group for an additional $6/person.

  • How do I change the credit card associated with my HorseIQ account?

    To change the credit card saved to your HorseIQ account, log into your account, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen, then "My Account", then "Billing". You'll then click the "Edit" button next to the card saved under "Your Credit Card". Enter the information for your new card and click "Update". You can also delete a card by clicking "Delete". If the site automatically cancelled your HorseIQ subscription due to an invalid or expired card you will need to sign back up to regain access.

  • How do I cancel my HorseIQ subscription?

    To cancel your HorseIQ subscription, log into your account, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen, then "My Account", then "Billing". You'll then click the "Cancel" button next to the subscription you'd like to cancel under "Subscriptions". Your subscription will be automatically cancelled at this point, but any course progress or certificates earned will be saved and ready when you decide to return!

  • My organization is tax exempt, how do I register as tax exempt on horseIQ?

    horseIQ Users can claim tax exemption by providing a valid tax exemption certificate/documentation. The verification process will have the following steps: 1.User must complete a transaction where a tax is calculated 2. User then provides horseIQ with the necessary information (see below) 3. horseIQ starts the verification process by sending the user’s information to Thinkific (horseIQ’s LMS platform). 4. Thinkific’s team requests validation and verifies the user’s exemption status via their tax compliance software, Avalara. User will receive an email directly from Avalara with a link to securely provide their tax exemption documentation. 5. If their status is verified, the user will receive a tax refund, whenever applicable. Taxes will not be applied to any future transactions this user completes on your Thinkific site. The tax exemption status can only be assigned once at least one transaction is completed by the user. If the tax exemption status is verified, the user will receive the tax refund for the initial transaction, whenever applicable. To start the verification process, email [email protected] with the following information: • Student/Organization name(this needs to align with what is on your tax-exemption document) • Student email • Country • Address • City • Region(state/province) • Zip/postal code • Order Number • URL of the Thinkific site where the order was processed (horseIQ.com)
